^{2. Commercial use: (e.g., streaming, YouTube, games, VTuber content, distribution, monetization) requires a commercial license fee.}^{Artist Rights}
^{1. The client shall use best efforts to credit the Artist as the "Songwriter" or "Composer" in the metadata, liner notes, and any public-facing descriptions of the Work.}
^{2. Notwithstanding the transfer of ownership, the Artist retains a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use the Work (or excerpts thereof) for personal, self-promotional, and professional portfolio purposes. This includes the right to host the Work on the Artist's website, social media, and third-party portfolio platforms.
3. This right is effective only after the Work has been officially released or made public by the Client.}^{Cancellation & Refunds}
^{1. Full refund if canceled before I start working.}
^{2. Partial refund if canceled after draft stage (amount depends on progress).}
^{3. No refund once the final song has been delivered.}^{Communication}
^{1. The client must provide clear references, genre, mood, and requirements before work begins.}

Terlepas dari pengalihan kepemilikan, Artis memegang lisensi non-eksklusif, abadi, dan bebas royalti untuk menggunakan Karya (atau cuplikannya) untuk keperluan pribadi, promosi diri, dan portofolio profesional. Hal ini mencakup hak untuk mempublikasikan Karya di situs web Artis, media sosial, dan platform portofolio pihak ketiga.
3. Hak ini berlaku hanya setelah Karya tersebut secara resmi dirilis atau dipublikasikan oleh Klien.}^{Pembatalan & Refund}
^{1. Refund penuh jika dibatalkan sebelum saya mulai bekerja.}
^{2. Refund sebagian jika dibatalkan setelah tahap draf (jumlahnya tergantung pada persentase progres pengerjaan).}
^{3. Tidak ada refund setelah hasil akhir lagu telah dikirimkan.}^Komunikasi

^{2. Kegagalan untuk merespons pesan dalam jangka waktu yang wajar dapat menunda proyek.}
